摘　　要：介绍了某县级供电企业依据《安全生产风险管理体系(2017年版)》标准,以安全风险管控为原则,全面推行安全生产风险体系建设相关情况;结合部分县级供电企业“三钻”向“四钻”级别提升的经验,创新建立“要素到人、滚动提升”的体系推进落地方法以及日常管理的运作模式。It is introduced that a county-level power supply enterprise comprehensively implements the construction of a safety production risk system based on the standard"Safety Production Risk Management System:2017",taking safety risk control as the principle,and that a system of"element to person,rolling improvement"to promote the implementation method and daily management operation mode is created based on the experience of some county-level power supply enterprises upgrading from"three diamonds"to"four diamonds".
