摘 要:晋祠泉是“三晋第一名泉”,在大规模采矿以及过度开采地下水的双重破坏下,地下水位持续下降,于1994年4月30日出现了断流。文章针对晋祠泉域罗家曲至龙尾头段生态补水工程进行分析;在汾河干流上游强渗漏段自上而下兴建了4座拦河闸坝进行生态补水,可加大地表水的下渗量和晋祠泉域岩溶水的入渗补给量,从而促进地下水位抬升,推动晋祠泉早日实现复流,同时也能改善汾河河道生态环境。Jinci Spring is the“Number One Spring in the Three Jin Dynasties”.Due to the dual damage caused by large-scale mining and overexploitation of groundwater,the groundwater level continued to decline,and it was cut off on April 30,1994.The article focuses on the trend of improving the water environment in the Jinci Spring Reflow Project in Shanxi Province.Four river blocking gates and dams have been built from top to bottom in the strong leakage section of the upstream of the Fenhe River to supplement ecological water,thereby increasing the infiltration of surface water and the infiltration and replenishment of karst water in the Jinci Spring,promoting the increase of groundwater level,promoting the early realization of the Jinci Spring Reflow,and also improving the ecological environment of the Fenhe River channel.
