摘　　要：科学完善的服务评价体系对于高校图书馆优化服务质量、实现长效发展至关重要。论文通过引入“多主体”思想和“全过程”逻辑,构建了“一核四层三翼”的高校图书馆社会化服务评价框架。以评价框架为基础,采用专家咨询法和层次分析法,围绕相关政府部门、高校图书馆、社会用户三大主体,构建各级指标并计算权重,形成高校图书馆社会化服务评价指标体系。结合问卷调查与数据分析,以南昌大学图书馆为例对评价指标体系进行检验与应用,提出完善政策制度、注重馆员队伍建设、优化服务内容、简化服务流程、重视用户反馈等建议。A scientific and perfect service evaluation system is crucial to the optimization of service quality and long-term development of university libraries.By introducing the idea of“multi-subject”and the logic of“whole process”,this paper constructs a social service evaluation framework of university library with“one core,four layers and three wings”.Then,based on the evaluation framework,using the expert consultation method and the analytic hierarchy process,focusing on the three main subjects of relevant government departments,university libraries,and social users,constructing indicators at all levels and calculating the weights to form an evaluation index system for socialization services of university libraries.Combined with questionnaire survey and data analysis,taking Nanchang University Library as an example to test and apply the evaluation index system,and finally put forward development suggestions such as improving the policy system,focusing on the construction of the librarian team,optimizing the service content,simplifying the service process,and paying attention to user feedback.
