摘　　要：论文从人才队伍建设、人才培养、构建校园文化论述高校图书馆开展学者文库文化育人功能研究的意义。以姜长英航空史料馆为例,提出高校图书馆应重视从“大先生”视角建设学者文库,构建文化育人品牌;发挥“大先生”专业素养成长规律,拓展文化育人维度;积极开展延续性工作,充分发挥学者文库作为思政资源的优势;寻求多维度外部合作,扩大学者文库文化育人范围。This paper discusses the significance of the research on the cultural education function of scholar library from the perspective of talent team construction,talent cultivation and campus culture construction.Taking Jiang Changying Aviation History Museum as an example,this paper proposes that university libraries should pay attention to the construction of scholars’library from the perspective of“Master”and build a brand of cultural education;explore the law of professional growth of young and middle-aged teachers from the life of“Master”and expand the dimension of cultural education.Library should actively carry out continuous work to give full play to the advantages of the scholar library as a thinking and government resource,and seek multi-dimensional external cooperation to expand the scope of cultural education of the scholar library.
