摘　　要：目的:对睡眠担忧量表(Anxiety and Preoccupation about Sleep Questionnaire, APSQ)进行翻译,并检验其信度和效度。方法:对650名倒班护士进行APSQ中文版施测。采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数问卷、Epworth嗜睡量表、抑郁症状筛查量表、Chalder疲劳量表和压力感知量表检验效标关联效度。间隔4周后,随机选取65名护士进行APSQ重测,以检验其重测信度。结果:探索性因素分析和验证性因素分析的结果支持APSQ的单因子模型。APSQ的内部一致性系数、分半信度和重测信度分别为0.88、0.92和0.73。APSQ与睡眠问题、嗜睡、抑郁、疲乏感和压力感知存在显著的正相关(0.41~0.62)。结论:中文版睡眠担忧量表的信效度符合心理测量学标准,可应用于倒班护士睡眠障碍的相关研究。Objective:The present study is to translate the Anxiety and Preoccupation about Sleep Questionnaire and test its reliability and validity.Methods:A total of 650 shift nurses were asked to complete the Chinese version of APSQ,and half of the students were randomly selected for exploratory factor analysis and the other half for confirmatory factor analysis.Meanwhile,participants answered the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index,Epworth Sleepiness Scale,Patient Health Questionnaire,Chalder Fatigue Scale,and Perceived Stress Scale to test the criterion-related validity.After 4 weeks,65 shift nurses were randomly selected to examine the test-retest reliability.Results:Results of EFA and CFA supported the onedimension model of APSQ.The Cronbachαcoefficient,split-half reliability,and test-retest reliability coefficient for APSQ were 0.88,0.92,and 0.73,respectively.APSQ was positively correlated with sleep problems,sleepiness,depression,fatigue symptoms,and perceived pressure(0.41~0.62).Conclusion:The Chinese version of APSQ has good psychometric properties,and it can be applied to the research and practice of shiftwork sleep disorders in the future.
