摘 要:目的:考察限制性团体箱庭疗法对大学生讨好型沟通姿态的干预效果和干预机制。方法:采用干预组对照组前后测设计,将12位讨好型沟通姿态的大学生分为干预组(n=7)和对照组(n=5)。干预组进行8次限制性团体箱庭干预,对照组不进行干预。结果:(1)干预组的讨好得分显著低于前测(P<0.05),对照组无显著变化。(2)干预组成员能以积极的视角看待讨好和人际关系,认知上对于自我更接纳;行为上能够自由表达、适当拒绝和自主选择。改变的原因包括团体成员间的支持、学习及团体设置,团体箱庭的非言语化、自我治愈力、安全的氛围以及体验感。结论:限制性团体箱庭疗法可以有效改善大学生的讨好型沟通姿态,干预机制主要包括团体的动力和箱庭的作用。Objective:To investigate the effects and mechanisms of restrictive group sandplay therapy(RCST)on the placating stance in college students.Methods:The Satir Coping Stances(SCS),and the Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90)were used to evaluate students.7 college students with placating stance were selected to enter the intervention group,while 5 college students with placating stance were selected as the control group.The intervention group members received 8 times group intervention,while the control group received no intervention.Results:The intervention group's post-test score on the placating stance was significantly lower than pre-test(P<0.05),while control group showed non-significantly change.Members in the intervention group had changes on placating stance and relationship,and they accepted themself more than before.About activation,members in the intervention group could present themself freely,refuse others and make choice by themself.Reasons of changes might include members'support,imitation and the settings of group.Meanwhile,sandplay's feature,such as non-verbal communication,putting emphasize on self-healing,experience,and safe environment might also work.Conclusion:Restrictive group sandplay therapy can effectively improve the placating stance in college students on cognition and activation.The intervention mechanisms include group's dynamic and sandplay's effect.
