摘　　要：共同富裕是社会主义的本质要求和中国特色现代化的重要特征。新型基础设施建设是数字经济时代促进经济一般增长和均衡增长的新引擎,对于实现经济高质量、包容性增长具有重要作用。该研究创新性将新基建纳入共同富裕的理论分析框架,基于2011—2020年30个省级样本数据,采用熵权法、耦合协调模型测度新基建水平指数和共同富裕水平指数。在此基础上,实证检验新基建对共同富裕的影响机制及市场化进程、农村人力资本投资发挥的调节作用。研究结果表明:整体上,新基建显著促进了共同富裕;分地区看,新基建促进了南方地区的共同富裕,而对北方地区具有明显的抑制效应;分新基建细分类别看,融合基建、创新基建、信息基建均不同程度地促进了共同富裕,但在影响系数上,呈现出融合基建、信息基建、创新基建依次递减的事实特征;市场化进程以及农村健康性、教育培训性、迁移性人力资本投资均有助于强化新基建对共同富裕的促进作用。该研究不仅有助于在学理上厘清新基建与共同富裕之间的理论关联,从共同富裕视角丰富新基建的可持续或包容性评估框架;还有助于在实践层面为各级政府及相关部门协调新基建与共同富裕目标任务提供经验证据与政策蕴含。The realization of common prosperity is an essential requirement of socialism and an important feature of modernization with Chinese characteristics.New infrastructure development is a new engine for general and balanced economic growth in the digital economy era and plays an important role in achieving high-quality and inclusive economic growth.This study innovatively incorporated new infrastructure development into the theoretical analysis framework of common prosperity.Based on the data of 30 provincial-level samples from 2011 to 2020 and using the entropy weight method and coupled coordination model,this paper measured the level index of new infrastructure development and that of common prosperity.On this basis,the paper empirically examined the influence mechanism of new infrastructure development on common prosperity,the process of marketization,and the moderating role of rural human capital investment.The results showed that,overall,new infrastructure development significantly promoted common prosperity.Regionally,the new infrastructure development promoted the common prosperity of China’s southern region but had an obvious inhibitory effect on its northern region.Although new infrastructure was divided into different categories,fusion infrastructure,innovation infrastructure,and information infrastructure all promoted common prosperity to different degrees,but in terms of impact coefficient,fusion infrastructure,information infrastructure,and innovation infrastructure all declined in turn,as a matter of fact.The marketization process,rural health,education and training,and the migration of human capital investments all contributed to strengthening the role of new infrastructure development in promoting common prosperity.This study not only helps to clarify the theoretical correlation between new infrastructure development and common prosperity and enrich the sustainable or inclusive assessment framework of new infrastructure development from the perspective of common prosperity,but also helps to coordin
