摘　　要：新时代背景下,加快推进应用型大学高质量发展是中国高等教育对接经济结构调整的必然选择。本研究聚焦应用型大学高质量发展所面临的挑战、战略和核心理念三方面内容。数智化时代对应用型大学建设一流智慧校园、专业布局调整、教育方式方法改革、管理服务方式改革等提出了一系列挑战。为迎接挑战,提升应用型大学的办学质量,需要通过建设一批产教融合特色学院、产教融合专业集群、产教融合型课程、产教融合型基地、产教融合师资以及加强产教融合的机制建设等,来构建高质量发展的战略体系。同时,应用型大学走向高质量发展,需要确立“学习”“开放”“锐智”“集群”“融合”五大核心理念,以契合区域经济社会发展的时代脉搏。In the new era,accelerating the high-quality development of applied universities is an inevitable choice for China's higher education to align with economic structural adjustment.This study focuses on three aspects:challenges,strategies and core concepts for the high-quality development of applied universities.The era of digital intelligence has posed a series of challenges to applied universities in building first-class smart campus,adjusting professional layout,reforming education modes and methods,and reforming management and service approaches.In order to meet these challenges and improve the quality of applied universities,it is necessary to cultivate teachers with both industrial and educational backgrounds;build a number of industry-education integrated courses,professional clusters,bases,colleges;and strengthen industry-education integration mechanism;so as to build a strategic system for high-quality development.To this end,applied universities should establish five core concepts:“Learning,Openness,Intelligence,Clustering and Integration”,to keep in line with the pulse of the time and meet the needs of regional economic and social development.
