摘 要:为了解四川省部分地区养鸡场鸡艾美耳球虫的感染现状,于2021-2022年在四川省凉山州普格县、甘洛县、宁南县、喜德县、雷波县、西昌市太和镇以及资中、德阳、绵阳9个县市18个养鸡场内采集152份粪便样品,通过显微镜检查出球虫阳性样品10份,阳性率为0.07%.利用传统形态学鉴定和PCR等方法对出现球虫阳性的10个样品进行鉴定.结果显示,10个阳性样品均有多个引物扩增出阳性条带,其中除MY3和DY外,其余样品均与4株柔嫩艾美耳球虫分离株18S rRNA基因同源性关系最近,聚成一大支.所采集样品地区的养鸡场感染情况总体良好,个别鸡场出现阳性病例,均呈混合感染.In order to understand the infection status of Eimeria on chicken farms in some areas of Sichuan Province,152 fecal samples were collected from 18 chicken farms in Zizhong City,Deyang City,Mianyang City,Puge County,Ganluo County,Ningnan County,Xide County,Leibo County and Taihe Town of Liangshan Prefecture in 2021-2022,and 10 samples were detected positive by microscopy,with a rate of 0.07%.The samples with Eimeria were identified by traditional morphological identification and PCR.The results showed that all the 10 positive samples had multiple primers to amplify positive bands,among which,except MY3 and DY,all the other samples had the closest homology with the 18S rRNA gene of Eimeria tenella isolates,and clustered into a big branch.The infection situation of chicken farms in the sampling areas is generally good,and chicken farms which had positive cases were all belong to mixed infection of Eimeria.
