摘　　要：以作者、编辑、审稿专家3个视角,通过汇总个人经验与问卷调研结果,深入分析,全面总结了采编系统的功能与作用,发现采编系统在投稿流程、编辑流程、审稿流程中皆发挥着重要作用。以提升学术期刊研究影响力为导向,以提升系统适用性、突出系统优势、开拓系统新优势为目的,提出了调整旧模块、增加新模块等采编系统优化建议,以期为采编系统的进一步完善提供借鉴。From the perspectives of authors,editors and reviewers,the functions and roles of the editorial system are analyzed by summarizing personal experience and questionnaire survey results.It is concluded that the editorial system plays an important role in the submission process,editing process and review process.Guided by enhancing the research influence of academic journals,with the aim of enhancing system applicability,highlighting system advantages and exploring new system advantages,suggestions for optimization of the editorial system,such as adjusting old modules and adding new modules,are made to provide reference for further optimization of the editorial system.
