摘  要:本文结合文献和唐代金银器实物材料,对唐代金银器制作工艺中的“灰吹法”和“钣镂”进行了探讨,认为何家村窖藏出土的金属渣块应为采用“灰吹法”提纯矿料的残余物,将其称为“密陀僧”似不妥;金银细金工艺中的“钣镂”指一种用来制造凸起于器物表面、具有“浮雕”般立体感纹饰的工艺,其具体加工过程分为“背面捶打成型”和“正面刻细部”两个环节。the light of documentary materials and archaeological finds of gold and silver ware of Tang Dynasty,this article explores"cuppelation"and"Sa-Lou(gilt embossing)",which are techniques adopted in the production of gold and silver ware in Tang Dynasty.The article concludes that the metal slag unearthed from the depot discovered in Hejiacun Village should be the residue left after the refinement of ores via means of"cuppelation",and that it seems inappropriate to refer to such slag as"Mituo Seng(a kind of lead oxides)".The article also holds that"Sa-Lou(gilt embossing)",which was a kind of fine workmanship for gold and silver ware production,refers to the technique to create relief-like three-dimensional patterns on the surface of objects.The specific production process involves two steps,"denting the back side for contours"and"chiseling the front side for elaboration".
