摘  要:在钢铁企业中,精细化的能源管理和智能化调度运行是实现能源高效利用的重要技术手段。在对钢铁企业综合能源系统详细分析的基础上,融合其他行业的先进技术,完成了综合能源系统调度运行智能化实施路径的设计。以冶金流程网络理论为基础,进行综合能源系统的网络化建模,提出了一种基于序列化案例断面的混合推理方法,包括案例断面的定义、管理、搜索和混合推理引擎的设计,构建了一种实用化的智能化驱动引擎。最后,根据某钢铁企业综合能源系统调度运行的实际需求,设计开发了智能调度支持决策系统,在实际应用中取得了较好的经济效益,为钢铁企业的智慧能源发展提供了有益的实践。In iron and steel enterprises,refined energy management and intelligent scheduling opera-tions are important technical means to achieve efficient energy utilization.Based on a detailed analy-sis of the integrated energy system of iron and steel enterprises and the integration of advanced tech-nologies from other industries,the design of an intelligent implementation path for the scheduling and operation of the integrated energy system was cormpleted.Based on the theory of metallurgical process network,a networked modeling of integrated energy systems was conducted.A hybrid reasoning meth-od based on serialized case sections was proposed,including the definition,management,search,and design of hybrid reasoning engines.A practical intelligent driving engine was constructed.Finally,ac-cording to the actual needs of a steel enterprise's integrated energy system scheduling operation,an intelligent scheduling decision support system was designed and developed,which achieved good eco-nomic benefits in practical applications and provided beneficial practice for the development of intelli-gent energy in iron and steel enterprises.
