摘 要:随着钢铁流程智能制造的持续推进,作为炼钢-连铸“界面技术”的主要组成部分,天车智能调度成为炼钢生产流程优化的最主要着力点之一。为了研究多跨且实际适用现场生产的天车调度规则、提高天车调度效率、优化生产流程,针对唐钢新区炼钢-连铸过程天车调度问题,提出了规则优化的解决方法,通过实际生产过程的作业分析和规律总结,构建了炼钢-连铸过程多跨天车调度规则,通过生产过程跟踪,验证了规则的合理性,开发了天车调度管理系统。系统采用分层次的B/S架构,具有任务自动生成、任务管理、动态执行情况监控、异常报警管理、KPI指标分析和运行轨迹图等功能。以现场调度规则优化为核心的天车调度管理系统,奠定了唐钢新区炼钢-连铸过程稳定输送钢水、降低工序间等待时间和助力生产一体化管控的基础。With the continuous advance of intelligent manufacturing of iron and steel process,as the main component of"interface technology"of steelmaking and continuous casting,intelligent scheduling of crane has become one of the most important points of iron and steel production process optimization.In order to study the scheduling rules of multi-span crane that are actually applicable to onsite production,improve the efficiency of crane scheduling and optimize the production process,aiming at the problem of crane scheduling in steelmaking and continuous casting process of Tangsteel New Area,solutions for rule optimization was proposed,a multi-span crane scheduling rule in steelmaking-continuous casting process was constructed through systematic analysis and rule summary of actual production process,the rationality of the rule was verified through production process tracking,and a crane scheduling management system was developed.The system adopts hierarchical B/S architecture,with built-in functions such as automatic task generation,task management,dynamic exe-cution monitoring,abnormal alarm management,KPI index analysis,and running trajectory diagram.The crane scheduling management system,with the optimization of on-site scheduling rules as the core,has laid the foundation for the stable transportation of molten steel in the steelmaking and continuous casting process of Tangsteel New Area,reducing the waiting time between processes and facilitating the integrated management and control of production.
