斜叶檀醇提物不同极性部位对皮肤伤口愈合的影响

摘　　要：目的考察斜叶檀醇提物各有机溶剂萃取部位对皮肤伤口的愈合作用。方法按照前期优化的提取工艺制备斜叶檀醇提物,应用不同极性溶剂萃取制备不同极性部位。建立烧烫伤和创伤模型,初步筛选出对皮肤伤口愈合效果较优的提取部位。结果在最佳提取工艺条件下,醇提物提取率为(65.32±0.72)%,总黄酮含量为(2.45±0.04)%。斜叶檀粉末、乙酸乙酯部位均能促进创面愈合,可能与促进创面早期TGF-β1的表达有关。结论斜叶檀乙酸乙酯部位提取率较高,同时也为促进创面愈合的优化提取部位,可为开发斜叶檀外用药提供实验依据。Objective To investigate the healing effect of various organic solvent extraction parts of Dalbergia pinnata alcohol extract on skin wounds.Methods The alcoholic extract of Dalbergia pinnata was prepared according to the optimized extraction process,and then different polar solvents were used to obtain different polar parts of the alcohol extract of Dalbergia pinnata.Burn and wound models were established to screen out the extraction sites with better effect on skin wound healing.Results Under the optimal extraction process,the extraction rate of alcohol extract was(65.32±0.72) % and the total flavonoid content was(2.45±0.04) %.The Dalbergia pinnata powder and the ethyl acetate fraction could significantly promote wound healing.The pathway might be to promote the expression of TGF-β1 in the early stage of the wound.Conclusion The ethyl acetate part of Dalbergia pinnata is the optimal extraction site to significantly promote wound healing,and also with highest extraction rate,which provide an experimental basis for the effective external medicines of Dalbergia pinnata.
