摘 要:目的研究糖胶树果荚中的非生物碱化学成分。方法采用硅胶、中压C18和制备HPLC等色谱技术对糖胶树果荚乙醇提取物的非生物碱化学成分进行分离,采用NMR、ESI-MS等波谱技术鉴定化合物结构。结果分离得到9个化合物,分别鉴定为:高根二醇(1),钝鸡蛋花素(2),(24S)-9,19-cycloart-25-ene-3β,24-diol(3),cycloart-23-ene-3β,25-diol(4),2,2’-氧代双(1,4)-二叔丁苯(5),熊竹素(6),腺苷(7),橙黄胡椒酰胺乙酸酯(8),橙黄胡椒酰胺(9)。结论化合物1~3,5~9均为首次从该植物中分离得到。Objective To investigate the non-alkaline constituents from the fruit pod of Alstonia scholaris.Methods The non-alkaline constituents were isolated by chromatographic techniques,including silica gel,medium pressure C18,and pre-HPLC.Their structures were elucidated by means of spectroscopic analyses(NMR and ESI-MS).Results 9 compounds were separated and identified by spectroscopic analysis as:erythrodiol(1),obtusalin(2),(24S)-9,19-cycloart-25-ene-3β,24-diol(3),cycloart-23-ene-3β,25-diol(4),2,2'-oxybis(1,4)-ditert-butybenzene(5),kumatakenin(6),adenosine(7),aurantiamide acetate(8),aurantiamide(9).Conclusion Compounds 1-3,5-9 are isolated from Alstonia scholaris for the first time.
