摘  要:目的 探讨蘘荷鲜、干品不同部位中挥发油成分的含量差异。方法 采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取鲜、干品蘘荷茎叶与块茎的挥发油成分,运用GC-MS分析不同部位挥发油中的成分含量,结合聚类分析、主成分分析、偏最小二乘分析探讨其含量差异。结果 从蘘荷鲜、干品茎叶及块茎中共鉴定出144个成分,各部位所含共有成分7个。聚类分析及主成分分析将蘘荷干品茎叶聚为一类,其余聚为一类,判别分析VIP值显示不同部位的挥发油成分贡献度大小为干品茎叶>干品块茎>鲜品茎叶>鲜品块茎。结论蘘荷鲜、干品茎叶及块茎中的挥发油成分含量有显著差异,GC-MS及化学计量学分析结果显示蘘荷干品茎叶价值可能更高,研究结果为蘘荷资源开发利用及质量标准评价提供参考。Objective To investigate the difference of volatile oil components in different parts of fresh and dried Zingiber mioga.Methods The volatile oil components of fresh and dried Zingiber mioga stems and leaves and tubers were extracted by steam distillation.The content of volatile oil in different parts was analyzed by GCMS,and the content difference was discussed by cluster analysis,principal component analysis and partial least squares analysis.Results A total of 144 components were identified from fresh,dry stems,leaves and tubers of Zingiber mioga,and 7 common components were found in each part.Cluster analysis and principal component analysis clustered the dry stems and leaves of Zingiber mioga into one group,and the rest into one group.The discriminant analysis VIP value showed that the contribution of volatile oil components in different parts was dry stems and leaves>dry tubers>fresh stems and leaves>fresh tubers.Conclusion The contents of volatile oil components in fresh and dried stems and leaves of Zingiber mioga are significantly different.The results of GCMS and chemometrics analysis show that the value of stems and leaves of Zingiber mioga might be higher.The results provide reference for the development and utilization of Zingiber mioga resources and the evaluation of quality standards.
