天麻钩藤饮加减联合倍他司汀对颈性眩晕症患者的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察天麻钩藤饮加减联合倍他司汀对颈性眩晕症患者的临床疗效。方法2021年3月至2022年3月西南医科大学附属医院接诊的122例颈性眩晕症患者随机分为2组,各61例。对照组给予盐酸倍他司汀,观察组加用天麻钩藤饮加减。比较两组患者临床疗效,颈性眩晕症状和NPQ评分,脑动脉血流速度,ET-1和CGRP水平,凝血功能及不良反应发生率。结果观察组临床疗效高于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组颈性眩晕症状评分,MCA、ACA、PCA及BA血流速度,ET-1水平均高于对照组,TT、APTT、PT均长于对照组,NPQ评分、CGRP和FIB水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论天麻钩藤饮加减联合倍他司汀可有效缓解颈性眩晕症患者临床症状,提高脑动脉血流速度,改善凝血功能,且不良反应少。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Gastrodia Elata Hookwood Drink combined with betastine on patients with cervical vertigo.Methods A total of 122 patients with cervical vertigo admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Southwest Medical University from March 2021 to March 2022 were divided into two groups,with 61 cases in each group.The control group was given betastine hydrochloride,and the observation group was given Gastrodia Elata Hookwood Drink.The clinical efficacy,symptoms of cervical vertigo and NPQ score,cerebral artery flow velocity,ET-1 and CGRP levels,coagulation function and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical efficacy of observation group was higher than that of control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).The score of cervical vertigo symptom,blood flow velocity of MCA,ACA,PCA and BA in observation group,ET-1 level were all higher than that in control group,TT,APTT and PT were all longer than that in control group,NPQ score,CGRP and FIB level were lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Gastrodia Elata Hookwood Drink combined with betastine can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of cervical vertigo patients,improve cerebral artery blood flow velocity,improve coagulation function,and less adverse reactions.
