摘  要:为了研制高物性白色运动鞋面革,以涂饰工艺配方中的聚氨酯树脂、丙烯酸树脂、消光填料、交联剂用量为影响因素,以成品革的耐曲折、耐磨耗、耐黄变性能及由其组成的综合性能为评价指标,应用正交设计试验方法,对白色运动鞋面革涂饰工艺进行优化研究。结果表明,当影响因素:聚氨酯树脂RU 73-901为300,丙烯酸树脂PRIMAL SB-300为200,消光填料EUDERM Matt SN-C为60,交联剂AQUADERM XL 80为10时,综合性能最优,此为最佳工艺;各影响因素对成革综合性能的影响依次为:AQUADERM XL 80>RU 73-901>PRIMAL SB-300>EUDERM Matt SN-C。In order to develop high-property white sports upper leather,the amount of polyurethane resin,acrylic resin,matting filler and cross-linking agent in the finishing process was taken as the influencing factors,the finishing technology of white sports upper leather was optimized by orthogonal design with the properties of folding fastness,ab⁃rasion resistance and resistance to yellowing of finished leather as evaluation indexes.The results show that when the ratio of influencing factors is polyurethane resin RU 73-901=300,acrylic resin PRIMAL SB-300=200,matting fill⁃er EUDERM Matt SN-C=60,cross-linking AQUADERM XL 80=10,the best comprehensive performance is ob⁃tained,and this is the best process.The influence of each factor on the comprehensive property of leather is in turn:AQUADERM XL 80>RU 73-901>PRIMAL SB-300>EUDERM Matt SN-C.
