摘　　要：本文以1978—2022年制革领域PCT专利申请为研究对象,通过分析全球PCT专利申请的申请时间趋势、国家/地区分布、研究热点、同族国家/地区,揭示全球制革领域的技术创新态势;通过对比8个不同国家的PCT专利申请情况,分析了中国在制革领域的PCT专利申请中的优劣势,从而为我国制革企业的海外专利布局提供参考。In this review,PCT applications in leather making field during the period of 1978 to 2022 were analyzed from aspects of time trend,national/regional distribution,research hotspot,countries/regions of patent families to re⁃veal the status of technological innovation.The superiority of Chinese PCT patent applications in field of leather mak⁃ing was analyzed by comparing PCT patent applications in 8 different countries,to provide reference to overseas patent layouts in Chinese tannery businesses.
