网球鞋鞋底加工应用材料与运动功能性分析

摘　　要：本文以纳米材料/聚氨酯制备了一种网球鞋外底。通过与其他网球鞋进行对比,总结了该材质网球鞋在运动学、动力学、舒适度等性能方面的优劣势。结果表明:以该材料制备而成的网球鞋在运动学、动力学等方面具有一定的性能优势,但材质本身舒适性并没有与其他网球鞋形成明显优势,且由于该材质生产成本较高,暂时还不能作为一种通用性的网球鞋鞋底加工材料。In this paper,a kind of tennis shoe outsole was prepared by nanomaterials/polyurethane.By comparing with other tennis shoes,the advantages and disadvantages of this material in kinematics,dynamics,comfort and other performance were summarized.The results show that the tennis shoes made from this material have certain perform⁃ance advantages in kinematics,dynamics and other aspects,but the comfort of the material itself does not form an ob⁃vious advantage with other tennis shoes,and because of the high production cost of this material,it can not be used as a universal processing material for the sole of tennis shoes temporarily.
