摘  要:考察了制革废弃牛毛对海水中液油的吸附效果。测试了牛毛的吸油倍率及保油能力,以及吸附温度、吸附时间和海水中液油比例对吸油倍率的影响。结果表明,25℃时,该废弃牛毛对煤油和豆油的吸附倍率分别为7.8和9.4,保油率分别为72%和78%,而且效果略优于原牛毛。20 min内该牛毛的对煤油和豆油的吸附均达到饱和,海水中油液的体积比例高于20∶200后,吸附量不再随油液量的增加而增大,较低的温度更有利于牛毛对油液的吸附。试验结果证明,制革废弃牛毛可作为海水溢油的吸附材料。Adsorption properties of waste cattle-hair from tannery were investigated on oil in seawater.The oil ab⁃sorption capacities and oil retention rates were measured respectively.The influences of adsorption time,temperature of oily seawater and oil content of hair on oil absorption capacities were studied.The results indicate that for kerosene and soybean oil,the absorption capacities are 7.8 and 9.4,and the oil retention rates are 72%and 78%individually.The adsorption properties of the waste cattle-hair are a little better than that with the intact hair.The adsorption of the waste cattle-hair on both kerosene and soybean oil could reach equilibrium within 20 minutes.The absorption capaci⁃ties would not increase when the ratio of oil to seawater is more than 20∶200(v/v).The relatively low temperature of oily-seawater is more conductive to the adsorption on oils.These facts reveal that the waste cattle-hairs could be used as adsorbents for oils spilling in seawater.
