摘 要:绿色环保理念下,研究与应用无铬鞣工艺是解决皮革行业铬污染、实现运动鞋质量与性能提升的重要路径。对此,本文阐述了运动鞋常用鞋面革的特点与性能需求,简要汇总与分析了当前无铬鞣工艺中无铬金属鞣剂、有机鞣剂、天然多糖类生物质鞣剂和纳米复合鞣剂的研究与应用现状。并基于纳米复合鞣剂进行了环保鞋面革的制备与性能分析试验,提出了PEI-SiO_(2)/Tannin纳米复合鞣剂的制备方法与无铬鞣工艺。结果表明,纳米复合鞣剂的应用可有效提升鞋面革的鞣制效果;PEI-SiO_(2)添加量(质量分数)为2%时,鞋面革的综合性能最佳,可满足运动鞋用鞋面革的性能需求。Under the concept of green environmental protection,the research and application of chromium-free tanning process is an important path to solve the chromium pollution in the leather industry and improve the quality and performance of sports shoes.In this paper,the characteristics and performance requirements of common shoe leather for sports shoes were described,and the research and application status of chromium-free metal tanning agent,organic tanning agent,natural polysaccharide biomass tanning agent and nano-composite tanning agent in current chromium-free tanning process were briefly summarized and analyzed.Based on nano-composite tanning agent,the preparation and performance analysis test of environmentally friendly shoe upper leather were carried out,and the preparation method of PEI-SiO_(2)/Tannin nano-composite tanning agent and chromium-free tanning process were pro⁃posed.The results show that the application of nano-composite tanning agent can effectively improve the tanning effect of shoe upper leather.When the addition amount of PEI-SiO_(2)(mass fraction)is 2%,the overall perform⁃ance of shoe upper leather is the best,which can meet the performance requirements of shoe upper leather for sports shoes.
