摘　　要：作为皮革大国,我国逐步形成了以制革、皮革制品、制鞋等为主体的皮革工业产业体系,成为全球产业规模最大的皮革生产贸易集散地。然而皮革产业自身污染过于严重,导致其在新时代发展中屡受阻碍。对此,如何科学合理地划分皮革企业环境成本、针对性采取排污成本管理措施、大力发展绿色皮革经济成为当前我国皮革产业可持续发展的战略性问题。本文通过分析皮革企业制革污水来源与危害,基于环境管理视角针对性提出了一些切实可行的皮革企业排污成本管理措施,助力皮革企业实现绿色环保发展。As a large country in leather industry,China has already gradually formed a leather industry system with leather making,leather products,shoe making,etc.as the main body,and has become the largest leather production and trade distribution center in the global industry.However,due to the serious pollution of the leather industry it⁃self,it is often hindered in the development of the new era.Therefore,how to scientifically and reasonably divide the environmental cost of leather enterprises,take targeted pollution cost management measures,and vigorously develop green leather economy has become a strategic issue for the sustainable development of Chinese leather industry.In this paper,by analyzing the source and harm of tannery wastewater in leather enterprises,some practical measures for pol⁃lution cost management of leather enterprises were put forward from the perspective of environmental management,in order to provide strong help for leather enterprises to achieve green environmental protection development.
