摘　　要：低碳环保理念的全面渗透使得皮革制品消费群体趋向于亲近自然与和谐发展。油蜡涂饰以轻涂饰为主,在保留天然皮革触觉感受的同时可有效保障皮革力学性能。油蜡涂饰风格的皮革已经实现了在鞋面与箱包等皮革制品领域的普遍应用,深受市场欢迎。本文在阐述环保型黄牛皮运动鞋面革油蜡涂饰工艺要求的基础上,解析了环保型黄牛皮运动鞋面革油蜡涂饰的底涂层、刮补、刷补、中涂层、顶涂层、手感层工艺,并进一步综述了环保型黄牛皮油蜡涂饰鞋面革综合性能,以完善与优化环保型黄牛皮鞋面革具体功能。The comprehensive penetration of low-carbon and environmental protection concepts has led consumer groups to tend to be close to nature and develop harmoniously.It mainly focuses on light coating,which can effectively ensure the mechanical properties of leather while retaining the natural leather tactile sensation.Oil wax coated leather has been widely used in the fields of leather products such as shoes and bags,and is highly popular in the market.This article provided a deep analysis of the process of bottom coating,scraping,brushing,intermediate coating,top coating,and feel of the environmentally friendly yellow cowhide sneaker upper leather.Based on this,the comprehen⁃sive performance of yellow cowhide sneaker upper leather was further summarized and analyzed,with the aim of im⁃proving and optimizing the specific functions of environmentally friendly yellow cattle leather for shoe upper leather.
