摘 要:简述了浸汗处理对运动鞋用皮革材料性能影响的研究现状。准备铬鞣液、戊二醛复鞣剂及自制新型丙烯酸树脂复鞣剂对皮革胶原纤维进行复鞣处理,配置人工汗液,探究浸汗处理对复鞣皮革胶原纤维干热收缩性能的影响。结果表明,未浸汗情况下,复鞣后的皮革胶原纤维干热收缩能力均有所改善,铬复鞣的胶原纤维整体上收缩率最低;浸汗处理后,所有的复鞣皮革胶原纤维收缩率都有不同程度提高,耐干热收缩性能下降。戊二醛复鞣和自制新型丙烯酸树脂复鞣的胶原纤维的干热收缩性能受浸泡时长影响较小,浸泡前后干热收缩率比铬复鞣胶原纤维低,耐汗性能较好。This paper briefly introduced the research status of the influence of sweating treatment on the properties of leather materials used in sports shoes.Chrome tanning liquid,glutaraldehyde retanning agent and homemade new acrylic resin retanning agent were prepared to retanning leather collagen fibers.Artificial sweat was prepared to ex⁃plore the effect of immersion sweat treatment on the dry heat shrinkage property of retanned leather collagen fibers.The results show that the shrinkage ability of collagen fibers in dry heat is improved after retanning without sweating,and the shrinkage rate of collagen fibers in chrome retanned is the lowest.After sweating treatment,the shrinkage rate of collagen fibers of all retanned leather is increased to some extent,and the shrinkage resistance of dry heat is de⁃creased.The dry heat shrinkage properties of collagen fibers retanned with glutaraldehyde and new acrylic resin are less affected by soaking time,and the dry heat shrinkage rate before and after soaking is lower than that of chrome ret⁃anned collagen fibers,and the sweat resistance is better.
