摘  要:本文以异氟尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、三羟甲基丙烷单烯丙基醚(TMPME)、二丁基二月桂酸二丁基锡(DBTDL)、2-二羟甲基丁酸(DMBA)和丝钛粉为主要原料合成制备了篮球革用水性聚氨酯乳液,并研究了其各项性能。利用动态激光光散射分析仪、热重分析仪、透视电子显微镜、X射线衍射仪等对篮球革用水性聚氨酯进行了性能表征,并对乳胶膜的耐水性和结构力学性能展开了研究。研究表明,当乳液的R值为1.3时,乳液的PID达到最小值0.1,此时乳液粒径的分布最均匀,乳液粒径为57.26 nm;当R的比值为1.3~1.4左右时篮球革用聚氨酯的力学性能最好,拉伸强度达到13.5 MPa,断裂伸长率达到343.1%。In this paper,waterborne polyurethane emulsion for basketball leather was synthesized from isoflurone diisocyanate(IPDI),trimethylol propane monoallyl ether(TMPME),di-butyl-di-butyl-tin dilaurate(DBTDL),2-dimethylol butyric acid(DMBA)and titanium powder,and its properties were studied.The properties of waterborne polyurethane used for basketball leather were characterized by dynamic laser light scattering analyzer,thermogravimet⁃ric analyzer,fluoroscopic electron microscope and X-ray diffractometer,and the water resistance and structural me⁃chanical properties of latex film were studied.The results show that when the R value of emulsion is 1.3,the PID of emulsion reaches the minimum value of 0.1,and the distribution of emulsion particle size is the most uniform,and the emulsion particle size is 57.26 nm.The mechanical properties of polyurethane for basketball leather are the best(the tensile strength is 13.5 MPa,the elongation at break is 343.1%)when R ratio is about 1.3~1.4.
