摘  要:在新能源占比快速扩大及电力市场化的双重背景下,充分挖掘功率型电储能与能量型氢储能的互补特点,并使其协同参与电能量市场及辅助服务市场,不仅可以使复合储能的收益最大化,也可对电力系统的安全运行提供有效支撑。首先,在分析电能量市场、旋转备用市场与基于调频表现的调频辅助服务市场运行规则的基础上,结合电储能及氢储能的运行特点提出了聚合分布式电储能与氢储能的复合储能多市场运行策略。然后,基于聚合运行时各分布式储能的贡献度,利用Shapley值法进行收益分配。最后,通过算例仿真验证了所建模型的有效性。结果表明,与分布式电储能与氢储能独立运行相比,合作运营可带来更大收益,同时通过联合参与辅助服务市场获得的收益显著高于仅参与电能量市场。On the dual background of the rapid expansion of the proportion of renewable energy and power marketization,fully exploiting the complementary characteristics of power-based battery energy storage and energy-based hydrogen energy storage and making them cooperatively participate in the electric energy market and ancillary service markets can not only maximize the benefits of composite energy storage,but also provide effective support to the safe operation of the power system.First,on the basis of analyzing the operation rules of the electric energy market,the spinning reserve market and the performance-based frequency regulation ancillary service market,combined with the characteristics of battery energy storage and hydrogen energy storage,a composite energy storage multi-market operation strategy of aggregating distributed battery energy storage and hydrogen energy storage is proposed.Then,based on the contribution of each distributed energy storage during the aggregation operation,the Shapley value method is used to allocate benefits.Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed model is verified by case simulation.The results show that,compared with the independent operation of distributed battery energy storage and hydrogen energy storage,the cooperative operation can bring greater benefits,and the revenue obtained by jointly participating in the electric energy and ancillary service markets is significantly higher than that obtained by only participating in the electric energy market.
