不同灭菌器对外来手术器械包灭菌参数验证与灭菌实践分析

摘　　要：目的 验证外来手术器械包在不同灭菌器中的灭菌参数,为优化外来手术器械包灭菌程序提供可靠的选择依据。方法 选择某医院使用频率高且器械类型较复杂的椎体融合器械包、Zimmor cage器械包和四代钉器械作为试验样本器械,以7台压力蒸汽灭菌器为试验灭菌设备,采用温度压力检测仪在7个温度和1个压力布点检测,将外来手术器械包在7台压力蒸汽灭菌器中分别灭菌3次,获取包内灭菌运行实时参数,并分析实测时间、平均温度和最低温度参数;结合灭菌器满负载灭菌参数,建立以外来手术器械包为单位的安全灭菌参数信息表。结果 3个外来手术器械包经7台灭菌器3轮灭菌后,3项检测参数均合格的灭菌器有3台,3项参数差异值均合格的灭菌器为4台;根据安全灭菌参数信息表,遴选出3台灭菌器为最适合外来手术器械灭菌的设备。结论通过优化灭菌参数,可实现对外来手术器械包的有效性灭菌。Objective To verify the sterilization parameters of external surgical instrument packs in different sterilizers,and to provide reliable selection basis for optimizing sterilization program of external surgical instrument packs.Methods One vertebral fusion instrument package,one Zimmor cage instrument package,and one fourth generation nail instrument package,which were frequently used and had complex types of instruments in a hospital were selected as the experimental sample instruments.Seven pressure steam sterilizers were used as the experimental sterilization equipment,and the temperature and pressure detectors were used to detect the temperature and pressure points.The external surgical instrument packages were sterilized three times in each of the seven pressure steam sterilizers,real-time parameters for sterilization operation inside the package were obtained,which focused on categorizing and comparing the three parameters:measured time,average temperature,and minimum temperature.Then,combined with the full load sterilization parameter detection data of the sterilizer,a preliminary safety sterilization parameter information table was established based on external surgical instrument packages.Results After 3 external surgical instrument test kits were sterilized with 7 sterilizers for 3 rounds,only 3 sterilizers passed the three test parameters of measured time,average temperature,and minimum temperature.And 4sterilizers passed the difference values of the three parameters.Through the safety sterilization parameter information table,three sterilizers were selected as the most suitable equipment for sterilization of external surgical instruments.Conclusion Through validation and comparison of sterilization parameters,the optimization of sterilization of external surgical instrument packs can be achieved.
