基于CiteSpace的国内医务人员职业暴露领域研究文献计量分析

摘　　要：目的 通过可视化知识图谱分析国内医务人员职业暴露的研究概况、热点及趋势,为今后医务人员职业暴露防控研究提供思路及方向。方法 以医务人员职业暴露为主题词,检索中国知网(CNKI)数据库建库以来至2021年12月31日已发表的相关文献,所纳入的文献采用Cite Space 5.8软件进行分析,以作者、研究机构和关键词为节点,形成可视化地图,并统计其发生频次。结果 共纳入3 632篇文献,发文量呈上升趋势;有515名学者进行医务人员职业暴露研究,尚未形成具有明显凝聚力的核心团队;发文量最多的机构是中国疾病预防控制中心性病/艾滋病预防控制中心;代表研究热点的关键词有职业暴露、医务人员、职业防护等。结论 国内医务人员职业暴露的研究开始较晚,研究范围广且不断深入,但各机构间合作较少,未来需要加强核心作者群的构建以及团队和机构间的合作。Objective To analyze the research situation,hot spots and trends of occupational exposure of medical personnel in China by means of visual knowledge mapping,and to provide ideas and directions for future research.Methods The relevant literatures published in the CNKI database from the establishment of the database to December 31,2021 were retrieved with the subject term of medical personnel occupational exposure.The data included were analyzed by CiteSpace 5.8 software,with the author,research institution and key words as nodes,to form a visual map,and the frequency of its occurrence was counted.Results A total of 3 632 articles were included,and the number of articles was on the rise.There were 515 scholars studying the occupational exposure of medical personnel,and no core team with obvious cohesion had been formed.The organization with the largest number of documents was the STD/AIDS Prevention and Control Center of the China Center for Disease Control and Prevention.Keywords representing hot research topics included occupational exposure,medical personnel,occupational protection,etc.Conclusion Researches on occupational exposure of medical personnel in China start relatively late,and the research scope is wide and deepening,but cooperations among institutions are less.In the future,it is necessary to strengthen the construction of the core author group and the cooperation between teams and institutions.
