摘　　要：目的 了解东营市托幼机构卫生消毒质量状况,为预防托幼机构传染病提供依据。方法 对不同级别托幼机构进行现场随机抽样和实验室检测,分析公立和私立托幼机构消毒质量监测结果。结果 2019—2021年共采集样本2 315份,总合格率82.16%,各年度合格率分别为76.88%、82.91%和84.41%。公立和私立托幼机构样本合格率分别为84.56%和79.55%。公立托幼机构毛巾表面合格率最高,为97.88%;私立托幼机构工作人员手卫生合格率最低,为68.98%。市直托幼机构较县区合格率较低;垦利区合格率较其余4个县区较低。结论 东营市托幼机构卫生消毒质量总体有所上升;公立托幼机构合格率相对较高,市县托幼机构间合格率差异明显;需要重视改善和加强工作人员手和物体表面消毒,健全托幼机构卫生消毒制度,定期开展消毒质量监测,以降低传染病传播风险。Objective To understand the quality of sanitation and disinfection in kindergartens in Dongying,and to provide the basis for prevention and treatment of infectious diseases.Methods Field random sampling and laboratory testing were used to analyze the monitoring results of disinfection quality in public and private nurseries at different levels.Results A total of 2 315 specimens were collected from 2019 to 2021 with a qualified rate of 82.16%.The qualified rates for each year were 76.88%,82.91% and 84.41%,respectively.The sample qualification rates of public and private nurseries were 84.56%and 79.55%,respectively.The qualified rate of towel surface in public kindergartens was the highest(97.88%).The qualified rate of staff hand hygiene in private kindergartens was the lowest(68.98%).The qualified rate of municipal kindergartens was lower than that of county districts.Among counties,Kenli district qualified rate was lower than the other four counties.Conclusion The sanitation and disinfection quality of kindergartens in Dongying has been improved.The qualified rate of public kindergartens is higher than that of private institutions,and there is a significant difference between municipal and county kindergartens.It is necessary to improve and strengthen the disinfection of staff hand hygiene and object surfaces,to consummate the sanitary disinfection system of nurseries,and to carry out disinfection quality monitoring regularly to reduce the risk of infectious diseases.
