摘 要:以西安市某办公楼空调系统配合室内二次装修设计改造为例,提出了一种以毛细管辐射空调系统为主、风机盘管调峰的联合供能的空调末端系统,研究了该系统的原理、主要设备选型、运行策略、设计方法及节能分析。结合工程实际和毛细管网辐射供冷、供热能力,夏季低负荷工况下优先采用毛细管辐射供冷和新风机组分别承担室内显热和潜热负荷,峰值负荷工况下启用风机盘管系统进行联合供冷;冬季供热工况仅运行毛细管空调系统就可满足室内供暖需求。该末端供能系统较传统风机盘管和多联机系统具有运行能耗低、舒适度高、系统控制灵活和分户计量准确的特点,研究内容可为同类型建筑空调系统设计和低品位冷热源末端供能提供参考借鉴。Taking the air conditioning system combined with the indoor secondary decoration design and transformation of an ofice building in Xi'an as an example,this paper proposes a joint energy supply system where the capillary radiant air conditioning system accounts for a main heating/cold load and the fan coil is used for peak shaving of cold load.The system principle,main equipment parameters,operation strategy,design method and energy-saving analysis of the system were further studied.Considering the actual conditions and the radiant cooling/heating capacity of the capllary network in this project,the capillary radiant cooling and fresh air units are given priority in summer low-load conditions to bear the indoor sensible heat and latent heat load respectively,while the fan coil system is used under peak load conditions for combined cooling;In winter,the capillary air-conditioning system can be turned on separately to meet the indoor heating demand.Compared with traditional fan coil units and multi-connected systems,this terminal energy supply system has the characteristics of low energy consumption,high comfort,flexible system control and accurate energy metering,which can provide reference for the design of similar indoor air conditioning system and energy supply of lowgrade cold and heat source terminal.
