摘 要:建筑领域日益显著的高能耗与碳排放问题,使得能耗定额标准的制定尤为重要。能耗定额的制定能够评价建筑实际运行的能耗水平,并筛选出高能耗建筑施行节能的相关措施。而建筑的分类以及能耗定额指标的选取则影响着能耗定额评价的公平合理性,基于湘潭市308栋国家机关办公建筑的实际运行能耗统计数据,经过数据的有效性与稳定性分析,将办公建筑按用能人数流动性划分为A、B两类,分别采用单位面积能耗指标与人均能耗指标评价其能耗水平。根据样本数据分布特征,采用二次平均值法编制能耗定额,并与地方标准进行对比,验证了该分类方法和二次高位平均值作为能耗定额值的合理性。With the increasingly prominent problems of high energy consumption and carbon emission in buildings,the formulation of energy consumption quota standards is particularly important.The formulation of energy consumption quota can evaluate the energy consumption level of buildings in actual operation,and screen out the relevant measures for energy conservation in high-energy buildings.However,the classification of buildings and the selection of energy consumption quota index affect the fairness and rationality of energy consumption quota evaluation.Based on the statistical data of actual operation energy consumption of 308 state ofice buildings in Xiangtan,the validity and stability of the data are analyzed,dividing the office buildings into two categories according to the mobility of energy users:A and B,and their energy consumption level are evaluated by using energy consumption index per unit area and per capita energy consumption index respectively.According to the distribution characteristics of sample data,the energy consumption quota is compiled by the quadratic average method,and compared with the local standard,which verifies the rationality of this classification method and quadratic high average value as the energy consumption quota value.
