摘 要:针对实验动物设施空调系统排风热回收的需求,将冷凝排风热回收新风一体机应用于风冷热泵机组和辅助电锅炉作为冷热源的实验动物设施空调系统中。选取了5个不同城市作为不同气候分区的代表,根据DeST(Designer’s Simulation Toolkit)软件导出的典型气象年参数,采用了动态逐时计算方法,得到机组在5个城市的全年单位面积节能量和适用效果。结果显示:沈阳(严寒地区)节能量最多,全年单位面积节能量为1102 kW·h/m^(2);北京(寒冷地区)、苏州(夏热冬冷地区)和广州(夏热冬暖地区)全年单位面积节能量分别为621 kW·h/m^(2)、219 kW·h/m^(2)和96 kW·h/m^(2);昆明(温和地区)全年单位面积节能量最少,为72 kW·h/m^(2)。机组回收了排风中的能量,使得系统的效率得到了提升,在北方地区适用性更好。In response to the demand of exhaust air heat recovery by the experimental animal facilities air conditioning system,the condensing exhaust air heat recovery fresh air all-in-one unit is applied to the experimental animal facilities air conditioning system,which chooses air-cooled heat pump unit and auxiliary electric boiler as cold and hot source.Meanwhile,five cities are selected as representatives of different climate areas.According to the typical meteorological parameters exported from the DesT sofware,the dynamic time-on-time calculation method is used to obtain the full-year energy saving of per unit area and applicable effect of the unit in five cities.The results show that the energy saving of per unit area in Shenyang(severe cold zone)is the most,the whole year energy saving of per unit area is I102 kw.h/m^(2);the whole year energy saving of per unit area in Beijing(cold zone),Suzhou(hot summer and cold winter zone)and Guangzhou(hot summer and warm winter zone)are 621 kw.h/m^(2),219 kW-h/m’and 96 kW.h/m^(2);the energy saving of per unit area in Kunming(temperate zone)is the least,which is 72 kW.h/m^(2).The unit recovers the energy in the exhaust air,so that the efficiency of the system is improved,which is more suitable for use in northern areas.
