摘 要:为建立闭鞘姜种子快速高效繁殖技术体系,以闭鞘姜种子为试验材料,通过不同浓度激素搭配比例,开展闭鞘姜种子诱导萌发和不定芽诱导生长试验,研究了种子芽增值系数、生根率、根数、根长和株高等指标。结果表明:不同浓度激素搭配比例对种子芽的诱导和芽增殖以及根系的生长发育具有显著的影响,其中种子在MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L培养基中适宜种子诱导出芽,其增值系数为5.77;培养基MS+6-BA 3.0 mg/L+NAA 0.5 mg/L有利于芽增殖,增殖系数达到7.23;培养基MS+NAA 1.0 mg/L+IBA 0.5 mg/L适宜生根壮苗,生根率达99.26%,根数为5.53条。该研究结果将为闭鞘姜规模化繁育种苗提供一定的技术支撑。In order to establish the rapid and efficient propagation technology system of Hellenia speciosa seeds.Using the seeds of H.speciosa as the experimental materials,the seed-induced germination and adventitious bud growth experiments were carried out through different concentrations of hormone combinations,and the seed multiplication coefficient,rooting rate,root number,root length and plant height were studied.The results showed that different concentrations of hormone combinations had significant effects on the germination of seed buds,the proliferation of adventitious buds and the growth and development of roots.The seeds were suitable for seed induction in MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L medium,and the multiplication coefficient was 5.77.The medium MS+6-BA 3.0 mg/L+NAA 0.5 mg/L was beneficial to bud proliferation,and the multiplication coefficient reached 7.23.The medium MS+NAA 1.0 mg/L+IBA 0.5 mg/L was suitable for rooting and strong seedlings,the rooting rate was 99.26%,and the number of roots was 5.53.The results of this study will provide some technical support for the large-scale breeding seedlings of H.speciosa.
