摘 要:植物遗传多样性是生物多样性的重要组成部分,对生态系统的稳定性和功能具有重要意义。然而,随着旅游业的快速发展,植物遗传多样性面临着日益严峻的挑战和威胁。本研究通过对文献的综述和实地调查,分析了旅游干扰对植物种群遗传结构和基因流动的影响,揭示了旅游业对植物遗传多样性造成的潜在风险。研究表明,旅游活动可能导致物种间交流的减少和遗传变异的降低,从而影响植物群体的适应能力和长期生存。游客的涌入可能引起植物花粉传播和种子传播的干扰,打乱了植物间的正常基因流动,导致遗传基因的丧失和基因污染的风险增加。本研究通过案例研究,揭示了旅游业不合理规划和管理的负面影响,包括非法采摘、破坏栖息地、引入外来物种等,对植物遗传多样性造成了不可逆转的破坏。本研究提出了保护植物遗传多样性的对策,期望引起人们对植物遗传多样性保护的重视,促进旅游业与植物遗传多样性的可持续共存,实现旅游业和植物遗传多样性的平衡发展,促进可持续的保护和利用。Plant genetic diversity is an important component of biodiversity and plays a crucial role in ecosystem stability and functioning.However,with the rapid development of tourism industry,plant genetic diversity is facing increasing challenges and threats.This study examines the impacts of tourism disturbance on plant population genetic structure and gene flow through literature review and field investigations,revealing potential risks posed by tourism on plant genetic diversity.The findings suggest that tourism activities can lead to reduced inter-species interactions and decreased genetic variation,thereby affecting the adaptability and long-term survival of plant populations.The influx of tourists may interfere with the normal gene flow through disturbance of plant pollination and seed dispersal,resulting in the loss of genetic diversity and increased risk of genetic pollution.Through case studies,this research highlights the negative consequences of improper planning and management in the tourism industry,including illegal harvesting,habitat destruction,and introduction of invasive species,which have irreversible impacts on plant genetic diversity.To address these issues,this study proposes conservation strategies for protecting plant genetic diversity,aiming to raise awareness and promote the coexistence of tourism industry and plant genetic diversity in a sustainable manner.The balanced development of tourism and plant genetic diversity is crucial for achieving sustainable conservation and utilization.
