传统X线片与DR诊断肋骨骨折的临床诊断效果

摘　　要：目的:探究传统X线片、数字射线(DR)影像诊断肋骨骨折的效果。方法:选取本院2018年3月至2020年3月收治的30例肋骨骨折(单发、原发)患者作为研究对象,对全部患者分别行传统X线片、DR诊断,对比分析两种检查方式临床诊断效果。结果:DR影像技术诊断准确率达93.33%,高于传统X线片的准确率73.33%(P<0.05)。相较于传统X线片,DR影像技术后处肋骨骨折、前处肋骨骨折、腋处肋骨骨折检出例数显著更多(P<0.05)。相比于患者对传统X线片诊断的满意度70.00%,DR影像技术满意度更高,达到93.33%(P<0.05)。结论:在肋骨骨折临床诊断中,相较传统X线片检查,DR影像技术诊断效果更为理想,可提升诊断准确率,临床推广价值较高。Objective:To explore the effect of traditional X-ray film and Digital R adiograph(DR)in the diagnosis of rib fracture.Methods:Thirty patients with rib fracture(single or primary)admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to March 2020 were selected as the research objects.All patients were diag-nosed by traditional X-ray film and DR respectively,and the clinical diagnosis efect of the two examina-tion methods was compared and analyzed.Results:The diagnostic accuracy of DR imaging te chnology was 93.33%which is higher than that of traditional X-ray film 73.33%(P<0.05).Compared with tradi-tional X-ray film,DR imaging technology detected significantly more cases of posterior rib fractures,ante-rior rib fractures,and axillary rib fractures(P<0.05).Compared with 70.00%patients’satisfaction with traditional X-ray diagnosis,the satis faction of DR imaging technology was higher,reaching 93.33%(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the clinical diagnosis of rib fracture,compared with traditional X-ray examination,DR imaging technology has better dia gnostic effect,which can improve the diagnostic accuracy,and has higher clinical promotion value.
