摘  要:目的:分析肠梗阻在64层螺旋CT横断面及重建后的影像学表现,提高临床诊断能力。方法:收集灌云县中医院2018年7月至2022年10月期间检查诊疗的42例肠梗阻病患影像资料,采用PACS调读原始图像(对照组)及原始图像联合多平面重建(MPR)图像(实验组),观察分析肠梗阻部位及病因。结果:实验组肠梗阻部位检出率为100%,病因诊断相符率为97.62%;对照组肠梗阻部位检出率为88.10%,病因诊断相符率为83.33%;实验组梗阻部位及病因诊断符合率均较对照组高,差异具有统计学意义。结论:MSCT结合MPR后处理技术在对肠梗阻定位及病因诊断中准确率高,能直观显示病变,可为临床精准医治提供科学依据。Objective:To analyze the ima ging manifestations of intestinal obstruction in 64-slice spi-ral CT cross-section and reconstruction,so as to improve the clinical dia gnosis ability.Methods:The im-age data of 42 patients with intestinal obstruction from July 2018 to Obtober 2022 in Guanyun County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were collected,and the original image(control group)and the original image combined multi-planar recons truction(MPR)image(experimental group)were read by PACS to observe and analyze the location and causes of intes tinal obstruc tion.Results:The detection rate of intestinal obstruction in the experimental group was 100%.The agre eme nt rate of etiological dia gnosis was 97.62%.The detection rate of intestinal obstruction in the control group was 88.10%,and the agree-ment rate of etiology diagnosis was 83.33%.The experimental group had a higher agreement rate in the site of obstruction and etiology diagnosis than control group,and the difference was statistically signif-cant.Conclusion:MSCT combined with MPR technology has high accuracy in the location and etiological diagnosis of intes tinal obstruction,which can directly display the lesions and provide scientific basis for clinical precise treatment.
