摘  要:目的:利用磁共振磁敏感加权成像(SWI)和定量磁敏感成像(QSM)技术测量神经核团的铁含量,分析其在中枢神经系统退行性病变中的应用特点。方法:对30例临床诊断为早期帕金森病(PD)的患者和30例健康志愿者进行SWI与QSM序列扫描,测量其感兴趣区的相位值、磁敏感值,并进行组间对比分析。结果:发现PD组黑质的相位值与健康对照组之间差异具有统计学意义,PD组黑质和壳核的磁敏感值与健康对照组之间差异具有统计学意义。结论:与SWI相比,QSM能更清楚地显示脑内的神经核团,在进行早期中枢神经系统退行性疾病患者的脑铁含量测量方面也更加准确。The goal of our study is to explore the iron levels of susceptibility-weighted images(SWI) and quantitative susceptibility maps(QSM) in the nerve nuclei,and analyze the application characteristics in the central neurodegenerative diseases.Methods:30 patients who were diagnosed clinically as earlier stage Parkinson's disease and 30 healthy volunteers were examined by SWI and QSM,and the phase value and magnetic sensitivity value of the region of interest were measured,and the comparison analysis was performed between groups.Results:The phase values of substantia nigra and putamen in PD group were significantly different from those in healthy control group.The susceptibility values of substantia nigra in PD group were significantly different from those in healthy control group.Conclusion:QSM can show the nerve nuclei more clearly in the brain,and measure iron levels would be more accurate in patients with earlier central nervous system degenerative diseases.
