摘  要:2021年3月,江西省某养鹅场免疫过雏鹅痛风和小鹅瘟卵黄抗体的雏鹅发生痛风,为分析其原因,本试验取9只7日龄病死鹅,剖检观察大体病变;采集所有病例的肝脏样品,分别用星状病毒通用RT-PCR和水禽细小病毒通用PCR进行扩增,对所有扩增产物进行测序和序列分析。剖检结果显示,所有病例均有典型内脏和关节尿酸盐沉积。检测结果显示,所有肝脏样品均为鹅星状病毒(GoAstV)和鹅细小病毒(GPV)阳性。序列同源性分析与遗传演化分析结果显示,所测星状病毒和细小病毒分别属于GoAstV基因2型(GoAstV-2)和GPV 2.2分支。结果表明,该养鹅场的病例均存在GoAstV-2和2.2分支GPV混合感染。In March 2021,cases of gout occurred in goslings that had been immunized with egg yolk antibodies against gosling gout and gosling plague at a goose farm in Jiangxi province,China.To analyze the cause,this study collected liver samples from 9 seven-day-old dead goslings,performed post-mortem examinations for gross lesions,and used universal RT-PCR for goose astrovirus(GoAstV)and universal PCR for goose parvovirus(GPV)to amplify the samples.The amplified products were sequenced and sequence analyzed.The post-mortem results showed typical visceral and articular urate deposits in all cases.The detection results showed that all liver samples were positive for GoAstV and GPV.Sequence homology and genetic evolution analysis indicated that the detected astrovirus and parvovirus belonged to GoAstV genotype 2(GoAstV-2)and GPV 2.2 branch,respectively.The results suggest that cases at this goose farm were affected by mixed infection of GoAstV-2 and GPV 2.2 branch.
