环丙氨嗪和甲基吡啶磷在猪场联合灭蝇的效果评估

摘  要:为了探索猪场灭蝇的有效手段,完善猪场生物安全体系,本试验选取某规模化猪场8栋猪舍,饲喂环丙氨嗪以控制粪便中家蝇幼虫孳生,在猪舍内喷雾和撒布甲基吡啶磷以杀灭成蝇。分析和比较用药前、后家蝇幼虫的发育情况和死亡率,以及家蝇成虫的密度,以评估2种药物在猪场联合使用的灭蝇效果。结果显示,给猪饲喂环丙氨嗪前(第1、4天)所采集粪便中的家蝇幼虫发育过程完整,死亡率较低,分别为32.7%和12.3%,用药后(第7、10、13、16、19、21天),所采集粪便中的幼虫发育停滞,死亡率均达100%;甲基吡啶磷喷雾用药5 d后,家蝇平均密度为1.88只/(张·时),与不用药对照[平均密度2.72只/(张·时)]相比下降了30.98%;改用撒药5 d后,家蝇平均密度为0.11只/(张·时),与喷雾用药相比下降了94.12%。结果表明,环丙氨嗪和甲基吡啶磷联合使用的灭蝇方案起到良好的效果。In order to explore effective measures for fly control in pig farms and improve biosecurity systems,this study selected eight pigpens in a scaled pig farm.Cyromazine was fed to control the development of housefly larvae in the feces,while azamethiphos was sprayed and sprinkled in the pigpens to kill adult houseflies.The development and mortality rate of housefly larvae before and after drug administration,as well as the density of adult houseflies,were analyzed and compared to evaluate the combined effect of the two drugs in fly control in pig farms.The results showed that the development process of housefly larvae collected from the feces before feeding cyromazine(on the 1 st and 4 th days)was complete,with low mortality rates of 32.7%and 12.3%respectively.After drug administration(on the 7 th,10 th,13 th,16 th,19 th,and 21 st days),the development of larvae collected from the feces stagnated,and the mortality rate reached 100%.After 5 days of spraying azamethiphos,the average density of adult houseflies was 1.88 flies/(trap·hour),which decreased by 30.98%compared with the control group without drug application,with an average density of 2.72 flies/(trap·hour).When switched to the application of azamethiphos by sprinkling,the average density of adult houseflies was 0.11 flies/(trap·hour),which decreased by 94.12%compared with the spraying method.The results indicate that the combination of cyromazine and azamethiphos is effective in fly control.
