摘　　要：腹腔液的分析判读已成为辅助诊断、指导治疗和预后评估马腹痛相关疾病的核心方法。本文通过描述经肉眼观察或实验室检查马腹腔液样本的总量、颜色、透明度、细胞学、细菌学、生化检查结果及其他指标来揭示马腹部组织和器官的病理变化,为马腹痛相关疾病的辅助诊断以及是否需要进行手术治疗提供判断依据。目前,我国马属动物医疗发展方兴未艾,但国内有关马属动物腹腔液临床诊断的参考标准和腹腔穿刺术的临床应用的报道罕见。因此,本综述结合国际临床实践经验,提出较为实用的马腹腔液临床诊断应用方法,为我国马属动物腹痛相关疾病的临床诊断提供参考。The analysis and interpretation of peritoneal fluid have become a crucial method for diagnosis,treatment,and prognosis assessment of diseases associated with colic.This article aims to uncover the pathological changes in equine abdominal tissues and organs by describing various indicators of equine peritoneal fluid samples,including the total volume,color,transparency,cytology,bacteriology,and biochemical test results via observation with the naked eye or examination in the laboratory.This information serves as a foundation for the diagnosis of diseases associated with colic and the determination of the necessity for surgery.Currently,the field of equine veterinary medicine in China is experiencing significant development.However,there is a lack of reference standards for clinical diagnosis of equine peritoneal fluid,and few studies focus on the clinical application of abdominal puncture procedures in equine animals.Therefore,this review combines international clinical practice to propose practical methods for the clinical diagnosis of equine peritoneal fluid,providing a reference for the clinical diagnosis of diseases associated with colic in China.
