母猫双孔腹腔镜绝育手术后非抗生素给药的效果观察

摘　　要：为了研究母猫双孔腹腔镜绝育手术后非抗生素给药的恢复效果,本试验将10只健康母猫随机分为2个组进行双孔腹腔镜绝育手术,术中采用超声刀切除母猫的卵巢和部分子宫,手术时间约30 min,A组母猫术后3 d连续给予抗生素+止疼药处理,B组母猫术后连续3 d仅给予止疼药处理,观察母猫术前、术后血液中白细胞和C反应蛋白水平,以及术后疼痛反应和伤口愈合情况。结果显示,术后7 d时,2个组母猫伤口均愈合良好,无感染情况发生;2个组母猫的疼痛反应除术后2 d时差异显著(P<0.05)外,其余时间均差异不显著(P>0.05);2个组间白细胞数量比较差异均不显著(P>0.05);2个组间C反应蛋白水平除术后1和3 d时差异显著(P<0.05)外,其余时间均差异不显著(P>0.05);2个组母猫术后7 d时,上述指标比较均差异不显著(P>0.05),且均与术前水平差异不显著(P>0.05)。结果表明,双孔腹腔镜绝育手术后连续3 d仅止疼药处理与抗生素+止疼药处理母猫的疼痛反应、白细胞数量、C反应蛋白水平和伤口愈合情况差异不明显,即非抗生素给药方法可应用于母猫的双孔腹腔镜绝育手术。In order to study the recovery effects of non-antibiotic administration after two-portal laparoscopic sterilization in female cats,this study randomly divided 10 healthy female cats into two groups for two-portal laparoscopic sterilization.During the surgery,the ovaries and part of the uterus of female cats were removed using an ultrasonic scalpel,and the surgery lasted for about 30 minutes.In Group A,antibiotics and analgesics were administered continuously for 3 days after surgery,while in Group B,only analgesics were given for 3 days.The white blood cell count and C-reactive protein levels in the blood of female cats were observed before and after surgery,as well as postoperative pain reactions and wound healing.The results showed that at 7 days after surgery,the wounds of female cats in both groups had healed well,and no infections occurred.The pain reactions of female cats in both groups were not significantly different except on the 2nd day after surgery(P<0.05),and there were no significant differences in the remaining time(P>0.05).There were no significant differences in the white blood cell count between the two groups(P>0.05).Except on the 1st and 3rd day after surgery(P<0.05),there were no significant differences in the C-reactive protein levels between the two groups during the remaining time(P>0.05).The above indicators in female cats in both groups were not significantly different at 7 days after surgery(P>0.05),and there were no significant differences compared to the preoperative levels(P>0.05).The results indicate that continuous non-antibiotic administration for 3 days after two-portal laparoscopic sterilization surgery has no significant differences in pain reactions,white blood cell count,C-reactive protein levels,and wound healing compared to antibiotic and analgesic administration,indicating that non-antibiotic administration methods can be applied to two-portal laparoscopic sterilization in female cats.
