协同理论视域下高校党外知识分子思想政治工作实效性提升路径探究

摘　　要：高校党外知识分子思想政治工作是一项系统工程,将协同理论应用于党外知识分子思想政治工作具有高度的契合性和融入的可能性。提升高校党外知识分子思想政治工作的实效性,需要融入协同理论,构建党外知识分子思想政治工作大格局;创新思政教育模式,构建党外知识分子全方位的协同学习体系;实施供给侧结构改革,丰实党外知识分子思想政治教育内容体系。The ideological and political work of non-party intellectuals in colleges and universities is a systematic project,which is highly compatible with Synergetics.In order to improve the effectiveness of the ideological and political work of non-party intellectuals in colleges and universities,efforts should be made as followings:Integrate the Synergetics to construct the general pattern of it,Innovate the mode of it to build an omni-directional cooperative learning system for non-party intellectuals;Implement the reform of supply structure to enrich the content system ofit.
