摘　　要：本工作介绍了新型飞机用中频低耗平衡软电缆的使用特点和性能要求,通过对产品结构和绝缘材料的优化设计,以及设备和工艺的改进,研制出了性能更优、使用寿命更长的新型飞机用中频低耗平衡软电缆,可以替代进口产品。The characteristics and performance requirements of new medium frequency and low-consumption balanced flexible cables for aircraft were introduced.Through the optimization design of product structure and insulation materials,the improvement of equipment and process,a new type of medium frequency and lowconsumption balanced flexible cables for aircraft with better performance and longer service life was developed,which could replace imported products.
