不同性能锰铁合金除尘灰冷压球团的研究

摘　　要：锰铁合金生产设备主要包括回转窑、矿热炉、精炼电炉、摇炉等,在每个冶炼环节都会产生数量不等的粉尘,其中平均含有20%以上的Mn元素,极具回收价值.由于各工序的工艺不同,故收集的除尘灰成分与性能也不同.回转窑除尘灰比表面积小、颗粒粗,压制强度低,可与其他种类的除尘灰搭配使用.矿热炉除尘灰采用水玻璃作为黏合剂可达到使用要求.精炼炉除尘灰可直接干压成型,制品强度高、抗摔性能好、耐高温、成本低.对于不同性能的除尘灰需分类处理,为冷压球团生产线提供一定的依据.The main production equipment of ferromanganese includes rotary kiln,submerged arc furnace,refining electric furnace,rocking furnace,etc.Different amounts of dusts will be generated in every smelting process,which contain more than 20%of Mn on average,with high recovery value.Due to the different crafts in each process,the composition and performance of the dusts collected in each process are also different.The dusts of rotary kiln have small specific surface area,coarse particles and low compressing strength,which can be used together with other dusts.the use of water glass as adhesive for the dusts of submerged arc furnace can meet the use requirements.the dusts from the refining furnace can be directly dry pressed into shape,resulting in high product strength,good impact resistance,high temperature resistance,and low cost.Dusts with different performance need to be classified and treated,providing a certain basis for the cold pressed pellet production line.
