截距值法评定水泥混凝土路面板底脱空应用效果研究

摘  要:以运城市某市政道路工程为依托,采用落锤式弯沉仪对水泥路面板角分3级加载(50kN、70kN、90kN)进行弯沉检测,采用截距值法对板底脱空情况进行判定,并选取了典型面板现场取芯验证脱空情况,得出该路板底脱空率17.4%,采用截距值法评定水泥路面板底脱空时,应综合考虑水泥板设计厚度及强度等影响因素。Based on a municipal road project in Yuncheng city,the drop weight deflectometer is used to detect the deflection of the cement pavement slab under three-stage loading(50kN,70kN,90kN),and the intercept value method is used to determine the void condition of the slab bottom.The typical slab coring is selected to verify the void condition,and the void rate of the slab bottom is 17.4%.When the intercept method is used to evaluate the void condition of the cement pavement slab bottom,the comprehensive consideration should be given to factors such as the design thickness and strength of the cement slab.
