基于模糊综合评判模型的大型商业建筑交通产生吸引率影响因素分析

摘　　要：为研究城市交通与大型商业建筑土地利用的相互作用机理,分析了影响大型商业建筑交通产生吸引率的内因和外因,基于模糊综合评判模型对大型商业建筑交通产生吸引率的影响因素进行评价,进一步筛选影响交通产生吸引率的几个主要因素。结果表明:大型商业建筑交通产生吸引率的主要内因为营业面积、客房数、座位数和平均票价,主要外因为交通、区位和品牌因素。In order to study the interaction mechanism between urban transportation and land use of large commercial buildings,the internal and external factors influencing the attraction rate of large commercial building transportation are analyzed.Based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model,the factors influencing the attraction rate of large commercial building transportation are evaluated,and several main factors influencing the attraction rate of transportation are further screened.The results show that:the main internal factors caused by the attraction rate of large commercial building transportation are operating area,number of rooms,number of seats,and average ticket price,while the main external factors are transportation,location,and brand factors.
