认知心理学视角下的情报人员情报意识再思考

摘　　要：[目的/意义]结合认知心理学相关研究进展,重新思考情报人员的情报意识,提出基于元认知理论的情报意识培养的优势,为强化情报人员情报意识、促进情报人才培养提供新的思路。[方法/过程]根据时代背景,指出重新研究情报意识的意义和趋向。在狭义的情报概念下,基于认知心理学中意识、认知和元认知相关理论,采用文献分析法和跨学科研究法,重新探讨了情报人员情报意识的层次结构、基本性质,并据此厘清了情报意识与元认知之间的关系。[结果/结论]在认知心理学视角下,情报意识与元认知关系密切并相互作用,基于元认知理论的情报意识培养能够使情报意识培养更具可操作性,能够为强化情报意识、促进情报人才培养提供具体可行的方法。[Purpose/significance]Combined with the progress of relevant research in cognitive psychology,we rethink intelligence consciousness of intelligence personnel,propose the advantages of intelligence consciousness cultivation based on metacognitive theory,and provide new ideas for strengthening intelligence consciousness of intelligence personnel and promoting intelligence talent cultivation.[Method/process]According to the background of the times,it points out the significance and tendency of reexamining intelligence consciousness.Under the narrow concept of intelligence,based on theories related to consciousness,cognition and metacognition in cognitive psychology,the hierarchical structure and basic nature of intelligence consciousness of intelligence personnel were re-examined using literature analysis and interdisciplinary research methods,and the relationship between intelligence consciousness and metacognition was clarified accordingly.[Result/conclusion]Under the perspective of cognitive psychology,intelligence consciousness and metacognition are closely related and interact with each other,and intelligence consciousness cultivation based on metacognitive theory can make intelligence consciousness cultivation more operable and can provide concrete and feasible methods for strengthening intelligence consciousness and promoting intelligence talent cultivation.
