摘　　要：目的 建立新型的社会化灾难医学救援体系,改善组织程度低、救援效率低、知识技能普及低的医学救援现状。方法 着力建设以能力提升为重点的灾难医学人才培养体系、整建制的医学救援队伍及社会化救援模式“、一体化”的灾难医学救援模式及全灾种演练体系,以及数字化、模块式移动医院及备灾研发体系。结果 促使学科人才、队伍建设、保障体系和研发应用有机结合,构建完善的社会化灾难医学救援体系。结论 社会化灾难医学救援体系建设能够为医学救援融入应急管理全过程提出系统化的解决新方案,并促进全灾种突发事件应对能力和应急管理水平的提升。Objective A new socialized disaster medical rescue system should be established to improve the current situation of medical rescue with low organization degree,low rescue efficiency and low popularization of knowledge and skills.Methods Efforts should be made to build a disaster medical talent training system focusing on capacity improvement,an integrated medical rescue team and a social rescue mode,an"integrated"disaster medical rescue mode and a full disaster drill system,as well as a digital,modular mobile hospital and disaster preparedness research and development system.Results To promote the organic combination of disciplinary talents,team construction,guarantee system and research and development application,and build a perfect socialized disaster medical rescue system.Conclusion The construction of socialized disaster medical rescue system can put forward systematic new solutions for the integration of medical rescue into the whole process of emergency management,and promote the improvement of the whole disaster emergency response ability and emergency management level of all kinds.
