摘　　要：目的 总结国内外卫生应急队伍建设的做法和经验,为今后我国卫生应急队伍的建设和管理提供参考。方法通过文献分析,梳理世界卫生组织和美国、日本、加拿大主要卫生应急队伍的建设特点,对照我国卫生应急队伍建设发展和实践,提出建议。结果 从完善卫生应急法律保障机制、加强建设标准研究、着力均衡布局、加快卫生应急作业平台信息化、深化开展培训和演练、确保可持续发展等方面对我国卫生应急队伍建设提出建议。结论借鉴国外卫生应急队伍建设管理方面的做法和经验,对提高我国整体卫生应急能力具有一定的积极意义。Objective To learn from the advanced practices of emergency medical team construction in China and abroad,so as to provide reference for the construction and management of emergency medical team in China.Methods The construction characteristics of main emergency medical team of WHO,America,Japan and Canada were analyzed through literature,improvement suggestions were put forward on the development and practice of emergency medical team in China.Results It is suggested that the Chinese emergency medical team should be built in the following aspects:perfecting legal protection mechanism of health emergency,strengthening construction standard study,putting forth effort to balance distribution,accelerating information construction of emergency operation platform,deepening training and rehearsal,and ensuring sustainable development.Conclusion Drawing on the practices and experiences of foreign countries in the construction and management of health emergency teams has certain positive significance for improving China's overall health emergency response capacity.
